Meet The Chef
I am the Mindful Chef of Present Moment personal chef service. My principal goal is to serve up Temple food which rebuilds, rejuvenate, and refresh!
My Philosophy is “Being in the present; respecting the ingredients, the planet, making people happy, and being happy in the process. Putting good energy into food...Orchestra!”

I make food as meditation; I am living Life with a blissful mind and freedom. Growing up on the coast of Florida I was inspired by comfort, great tasting food and beauty. All food was harvested fresh from the garden out back or from a garden in the community (true farm to table), which gave the impression of fresh is best and extremely healthy and great for the Temple.
